Facility Managers and Building Personnel Meetings Reminder
The next Facilities & Services (F&S) Facility Managers and Building Personnel Meetings will take place the week of November 18-22 (session details below). Representatives from F&S will provide information on projects and initiatives, discuss what’s new, and answer questions. The program will feature Revolving Loan Fund opportunities, customer benefits of the new Engineering Zones, environmental compliance in facilities, and how multiple work orders are being integrated into projects. Contractor Services Labor Rates
The Contractor Services Labor Rate Breakdown is available for FY14-FY15. The document is located on the F&S website http://www.fs.illinois.edu/services/construction/contractor-services and the welcome page of the my.FS Portal. Contractor selection is based upon responses to a Request For Proposal posted in the Illinois Public Higher Education Procurement Bulletin. Contractors are listed alphabetically with their awarded divisions of work and their hourly rates.

Bike Courier Service
Transportation & Automotive Services is now offering a bike courier service for the main campus area. This same-day service will allow for quick transit of items across the university http://go.illinois.edu/bikecourier. It's a $10 flat fee per destination. To request a courier, call 217-333-3910.
