For any immediate health and safety concerns or problems with elevators, call the F&S Service Office directly at (217) 333-0340.
The F&S Service Office is the primary point of contact for all work requests and work orders. Any related questions should be directed to that office first.
All new Service Requests should be entered via my.fs.illinois.edu, the portal to the Facilities and Services work management system. Prior authorization is required to submit a Service Request; contact the F&S Support Desk by phone at (217) 244-6350 or by e-mail at F&S Support Desk to initiate the authorization process.
